If you are reading this plan, then you have made a commitment to make drastic changes to your physical health, and most importantly, your life. You have approached me with a goal and, whether it be to rehabilitate an injury, improve athletic performance, build muscle, shed body fat, or tone up for that upcoming wedding or beach trip, I am here to help you reach that goal. Read carefully: I am here to help, but I cannot make the changes for you. I can give you the workouts, I can give you the diets, and I can give you the knowledge you need to change your life, but it is you who must take responsibility to get into the gym and push yourself, and to get into the kitchen and fuel your body correctly.
